When Will My Order Be Delivered?
Some of our items are kept in stock but most are made to order to meet your exact requests. Stock items are shipped the same day (see “Shipping” for details) but for all other pieces, please allow 7 to 10 business days for production prior to shipping. Bracelets, necklaces, and special orders may take more time to produce. Please call a BIRKAT ELYON customer service representative with questions or rush orders. Shipping
Orders for in-stock items are shipped the same day until 5 P.M. Eastern standard time. Most items are made to order to meet your exact requests, please allow 7 to 10 business days for production prior to shipping. For rush orders please contact customer service.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday through Friday with your choice of free two-day delivery or overnight shipping for an extra charge (based on zip code).
All deliveries are Monday through Friday. A signature is required for all shipments. We cannot ship to post office boxes. Once your order ships you will be notified via email.
International Orders
We currently ship to Canada, Australia, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, and France. For other countries, please contact a customer service specialist for assistance at (+1 516) 239-0010. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged directly by FedEx.
Payment Methods
Birkat Elyon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as PayPal. Credit card transactions are transmitted through our secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard your private information. To pay with cashier’s check or money order please call customer service at 877-777-8352.
Returns
At Birkat Elyon, complete customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 10 calendar days of receipt for refund or exchange. Merchandise must be in original, unused condition with original sales receipt included. Special orders, custom-made or altered items are not returnable or refundable. Returned items are subject to a $25 restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for exchanged items, but shipping charges apply.
How to Return an Item.
To return eligible merchandise, call customer service toll free at (877) 777-8352. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once you have your RA#, ship the package prepaid and insured in a durable un-crushable shipping box, together with the original sales receipt and the RA#. We cannot issue a refund for items shipped uninsured that are lost in transit.

Sales Taxes
BIRKAT ELYON collects sales tax only on orders shipped within New York State, rates based on the locality of the purchaser.
Order Status
After placing an order with BIRKAT ELYON, you will receive an Email confirmation which has a link to the status page of your order. Either click on that link or go to our Customer Service web page where you can click on order information and track your package. If your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be displayed so you can track the package with the shipping carrier. Otherwise, you will see the words "order is in progress."
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled as long as the status is "in progress." Once shipped, it cannot be canceled and return policies will apply. To cancel an order, call Customer Service toll free at (877) 777-8352. Please note, we are unable to accept cancellations on special orders or custom-made or altered items.
Pricing
As with every line of merchandise, prices are subject to change. And while we try our best to keep our pricing accurate, errors sometimes occur. At BIRKAT ELYON, we reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.
Photographic Images
At BIRKAT ELYON some photographed items are enlarged to clearly show the details, while some are shown smaller in order to show off the entire item. Please call customer service with questions, requests, or requirements.
Type of Metals
All Birkat Elyon CZ jewelry is set in solid 14K or 18K gold or platinum. Gold carat content is stamped inside the jewelry and platinum will be stamped either Plat or 950. Our white gold jewelry is rhodium plated for a wonderfully white, shiny, vibrant finish.
Special Orders and Custom Made Designs
We are always happy to accommodate our customers' special requests, whether sizing or styling, or to create a design to your own specifications. Just call or email BIRKAT ELYON Customer Service. Please note that special and custom orders are final sale and are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable, and must be paid in full to begin production. Layaway is not available for special or custom orders. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery unless otherwise advised. At Birkat Elyon we respect copyright laws and will not recreate a copyrighted design, but we will design an acceptable alternative.
Birkat Elyon retains the sole ownership of copyrights to all custom-made designs and has the right to make derivative works based on designs created during the custom order process. Birkat Elyon reserves the right to advertise and sell all designs and products which have been custom made.
Errors and Inaccuracies
At BIRKAT ELYON we go the extra mile to provide the most accurate, timely information on our website. But mistakes can occur, whether human or technological. We reserve the right to make corrections and update data even after an order has been submitted, and please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Discontinued Items
Occasionally, it becomes necessary to drop an item from our jewelry line without notice. If we can't fulfill an order as a result, we reserve the right to cancel it. The customer will be given the option of a refund or choosing another item of equal value. If an item of lower value is chosen, we will refund the difference; if an item of higher value is chosen, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the difference.
Birkat Elyon Jewelry And Stone Guarantee
All Birkat Elyon jewelry is guaranteed against any manufacturer's defect in design or craftsmanship, subject to normal wear. Birkat Elyon cubic zirconia stones are guaranteed to the original purchaser to retain their original brilliance and luster and against cracking and chipping under normal wear. In the unlikely event this occurs, Birkat Elyon will provide a replacement stone with the closest color and cut available at the time at no charge. This guarantee does not cover stones that have been lost or damaged beyond normal wear. Shipping charges to and from Birkat Elyon plus fees for stone setting, and gold smiting services apply.
Birkat Elyon reserves the right to repair or replace damaged jewelry under this guarantee. For discontinued items that cannot be repaired, Birkat Elyon will offer replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in-stock item.
;Original receipt must be presented for guarantee to apply. Any item that displays damage by abuse or misuse will not be covered under the warranty. Work performed by anyone other than Birkat Elyon will void any and all warranties, expressed or implied.
